We did not land in El Salvador, having enough fuel to
get to Guatemala where we had a flight plan made to. It was an easy flight, the whole day, diving low level over the endless beaches to play with kids and race with dogs. We arrived in San Jose, the first airport in
Guatemala, 75 km after the border, having completed a pretty long but pleasant flight in best weather conditions. Nobody really worried about us and the friendly controller came on his bicycle to greet us. Mexico
was close by and we decided to make it all the way to Tapachula airport, and conclude a great leg.
