Olivier's Pilot Log: South to South Adventure

"Walk this Way!"

"Marche a l'ombre, Hombre!". Following "a la lettre" the wise advise from my dear friend "Pinhedours" (read: "Peen Durus") in Geneva, we carefully walked in the shade from 10 am to 5 pm. during these last days.

Mexico has invented the famous "Siesta" and no question why. I guess the Germans or Swiss would have created a similar kind of body relaxing configuration if the Federal Republic and Confederation were to be located on the same latitudes as Mexico. And perhaps the world would probably have never heard about the famous VW Beetle, the cuckoo clock, and many more goodies. Nobody can actually be decently productive during these burning hours.
