You do have a point. Rather choose a more interesting landing area. Robben island sounds good but maybe a logistical problem for spectators. Water front could be difficult if the Cape Doctor (SE wind)is on duty. How about Century City? Great spectator and marketing venue if they still need sponsors. Good luck with the decision.
