That's is the right place to quit alcool! Mike and I are giving a major vacation to our livers althought we never really drunk much during that trip (except maybe in Colombia..). Tonight I am cooking as everynight (love it!). We are having stuffed tomatoes (tomates and poivrons farcis) with Basmati rice and exotic tomato sauce) . I managed to find some fresh parsley and small oignons (echalottes)(airmailed from down south) at the grocery shop ( yes Michel, l'epicier est ouvert l'Inuit!). But I could not find any wine or beer, and that is somehow missing tonight. Alcool is almost impossible to find here.. I am really looking forward to test drive one of these red St Emillion in Kulusuk that Brian Milton is talking about in his book ( Brian was the brit guy that crossed the same way last year during his world tour) Andre, you had better hide the Chateau Cheval Blanc as soon as you heard about us coming across the English Channel!..
